     The Value of Time

We start out equal as infants, but as time quickly passes,
some go up the ladder of life and some go down.
The secret to life is simple; it’s how you use your time,
a wasted minute can never be retrieved, so guard those
minutes as if they were gold, for gold they very well may be.
No matter how fast we run, we cannot catch time or buy it
with a dollar or a dime.
So you see, time is all we really have, money and what it will buy
has little value in time.
It doesn’t matter who we think we are, for in the end, we will all
 be…just dust in the wind.
