THE STORY OF RUTH - ( PART 3 ) """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""" GOD MADE SURE - BOAZ LIKED WHAT HE SAW . It's amazing how someone different - new - young - Can turn the heads - wag the tongues - catch the eye. Whether intended or not - The latter in Ruth's case - But - notice they did . And even Boaz - Mature - Single - Unattached - the Boss Even he noticed - and liked what he saw. To the extent - that he made enquiries - Who is She ? To whom does she belong ? Good question - Not intrusive - just a general ' throw out ' But - he really liked the answers. She was widowed - Single now - and caring for Naomi . Hard working - gentle - Compassionate and strong Hmm - Boaz really liked what he had heard ! And saw ! His interest - was becoming stirred . And so the story unfolds - as Boaz approaches Ruth Interested - Genuine - Friendly - Generous - Protective. No-one was to bother her - In his fields - at least . No winks - nods - inuendoes - touches . Or they would answer to his wrath . Just manners - courtesy - acceptance - and integrity . That alone - would be good enough for me ! But GOD - was still edging HIS players forward . They neither knew that - at this stage at least . But - forward they would go . As long as each one - ' played ' their part . Into their - Intended - Destiny. Even Naomi was waking up - as if from sleep . In her case - from melancholy - despair - ' giving-up-ness '. The old Godly spark - was re-igniting once again - Giving her ideas ! Something twigged ! A Plan - that could change - Everything ! This Boaz - was no ordinary - Run-of-The-Mill man. He was - the Top Man - in Authority and Power ! ' Talk about ladder climbing ' Naomi had set her sights extremely high ! And to top all that - He was a Relative as well . And a Near one - at that ! Wow !
What could possibly - beat that ?
