I read your poetry from afar
And wonder who you really are
I see your heart is truly aching
Leaving you to feel forsaken

If only you were secure in love
You would be gentle as a dove
Not always rushing to defame
Those who helped you into fame

I'd like to be a friend to you
But can't trust the things you do
Your clever ways of using poetry
Is exposed for the wise to see

You will never find peace of mind
By treating others so unkind
Jealousy is the devil's workshop
Practice what you preach or Stop!

Should you ever need a friend to trust
Calling on Doris is a must
She will never let you down
A true friend you will have found!

`Song`
`AN OLD TIME FAVORITE POEM OF MINE!
BY:LONGFELLOW:
The Heart of a Friend
I shot an arrow into the air,
It fell to earth, I knew not where;
For, so swiftly it flew, the sight
Could not follow it in its flight.
I breathed a song into the air,
It fell to earth, I knew not where;
For who has sight so keen and strong,
That it can follow the flight of song?
Long, long afterward, in an oak
I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end,
I found again in the heart of a friend.
