Poetic-Verses

Now I live my life so lonely
thinking of you now and then,
counting the days and knowing
that I'll never see you again.

There's no more stars above me
it seems since who knows when,
my world revolves in darkness
they'll never shine for me again.

I would give up my life in a moment
if my heart stopped feeling this pain,
every moment I long to be with you
but I'll never get to hold you again.

Forever is much more than a lifetime
and a second love is never the same,
when you're caressing kissing another
your heart is with the first love again.

Nights can be cruel for the lonely
when the tears start to fall like rain,
for if you lose that true love forever
you know you'll never see them again.

So now I'm alone and without you
but I'll never stop feeling this pain,
I once had a love that filled my heart
and maybe one day I will find it again.
