 A brighter day
The road to good fortune
never mine to travel
only to wonder of the path it may lead?
for I've seen so many…
without an money
just looking for a safe place to be.

I have wandered the landscape
seen so many horizons
but none that I could call my own
seen so much of beauty
and so many guilty
of the seeds that their life had sewn.

Now each day is much longer
so many hours
to watch my life drift away
while I dream of good fortune
maybe tomorrow will come true?
and lead me to a much brighter day.
