Lukewarm
Whoever is faithful and true,
Actually be any of you;
Is the source of all creation,
Also heir to His salvation.
Christ knows all of what you have done,
Told to the Father by the Son;
If you are neither cold nor hot.
Neither as lukewarm should be salt.
How can anyone be so bold,
Be a Christian and still be cold;
Not even with being lukewarm,
Can help you produce all the charm.
If lukewarm then there is no doubt,
That Jesus Christ will spit you out;
Neither lukewarm nor even cold,
God does not want you I am told.
For if you were hot in this case,
His glory would shine in your face;
You would be seeing so much wealth,
Coming from your spiritual health.
You say you are wealthy or rich,
But do not know there is a glitch;
Thinking of in need of nothing,
But you do not have anything.
You have a poor miserable life,
Both blind and naked full of strife;
You should be gold and purified,
Before meeting the crucified.
Buy some white clothes to hide your shame,
Not nakedness that you proclaim;
Open your eyes so you can see,
Love from Christ that is meant for thee.
