Poetic Verses
This Christmas
Once again we are heralding another Christmas season
A time of year still the recession and there is some trepidation
Even though I would like to spent it with many, I am only one person
So it would be difficult to be physically at the same time a different location
But having friends and family scattered across all parts of the globe
Where and how to spend will be on the mind a very heavy load
So since my progenitor s are still alive and as they say kicking
Therefore to see them is where my preference will be leaning
Also too some of my siblings are located in some very distant lands
There is also a tendency to entertain some quite different plans
As I had visited my parents had a good time about a year ago
But some of my sibling perhaps over a decade or perhaps a bit more
Since there most certainly will be that pull of the parental magnetic field
To see them once again will be all the moment in time I will steal
So without any hesitation; I made my Christmas vacation plan
To spend that season happily and once again to enjoy their land
It was a surprise and some joy on getting that news quite recently
That all of my other siblings were having similar thought like me
So this Christmas season would be one so full of fun and laughter
Since we will be all there under that same roof again to have some banter
But my friends don't be worried; I can still be in contact with thee
This can be done through the efficiency of the world of technology
And so by the use of the internet through the web-cam there can be contact
Sending each other greetings and seeing that other's celebration to such an effect
