He knows my name -
He cares about my feeble frame - and 
This does not deter Him from His thoughts of me .
Such sacred thoughts - that pierce the armour plate -
That I have held - to shield my inner pain - from eyes
That see .
What does He want ? - What purpose are His plans -
For me ? - That I should let Him have His way -
To comfort - and encourage me ?
Oh trusting heart - you do not need to fear His touch -
Nor dread His love - as neither shall abuse - nor take 
The best of you - then cast aside - Your treasure - break.
No - in His tender mercy - He would lift you - far above 
The torrents that have come against you - as a flood .
And - call you - His own Child - His well-beloved .
His beauty - far exceeding any precious stone -or 
Fool's gold - will far outshine  - a million suns -
To reach this - wayward star - and
Bring her Home.
