CHRISTMAS

Christmas what’s it mean to you.
laughter, play, fooling around with family
table laden with food, gifts under tree
simple joy at Christmas time.

Pull a cracker, jump startled at the noise
sing a merry yuletide song, long life and
a merry new year to you all, happy xmas
giving thanks that there is no war here.

Ah ha it’s great to live in harmony have a party
forget those pleading eyes gazing out at you on TV
after all we have no war or poverty here so sing a song
watch scrooge on TV forget the similarity with you

It’s Christmas the son of god is born, the world will
live in harmony forever, only what went wrong
Nothing, we had a choice we choose to ignore the
hunger in our world. Happy Christmas to we lucky few
