Year began with unanswered questions
After December phone hearing decision
Later learned penalty applied to new claim
I never qualified so benefits stayed the same
Beginning of January call from temp agency
Short-term 1-2 week temp A/P possibility
I just completed online course end of the year
Job fell through after 2 weeks waiting to hear
February 3rd appointment to see voice specialist
Dr. agreed filing for disability probably be best (* NOTE - never did file)
Two radiology tests and Feb 28th outpatient scope
Check vocal cords all lab benign as always hoped
Morning of Feb 28th agency wanted job interview
Prep for afternoon surgery not God’s timing in view
Month later second interview open then put on hold
Another job waiting decision but neither one unfolded
First part of April I began a 12 week temp data entry position
But after three days, I was let go after a production decision
Agency said it was not all my fault as two others were let go
Wages over weekly unemployment benefit bumped me out too
When I reapplied with the State bad news came unexpectedly
In six weeks, my unemployment would be ending permanently
During that time I sought and found lower cost health insurance
Change I eventually needed to make anyway from Cobra coverage
Less than a week after temp job ended God opened another door
Temp data entry position with about three weeks of waiting in store
First part of May agency called me with a confirmation starting date
After eight months I am still a temp there God’s timing is never late
Working 14 hours 3 days a week to start extended weekly benefits
Benefits ran out end of June 4 hours then added God’s hand was in it
Temps left and new training in October now 4 days at 8 hour shifts
God’s blessings of provision never cease as I reflect back on all this
September church replaced my roof agreed to three fourths of bill
Shingles left over reduced quote church now decided to pay in full
December worked one day a week for inventory at former employer
Extra income at hourly rate when I left making one-third more there
Viral illness last few weeks and fragrance allergy at my temp position
Branch manager unwilling to remove source the only proven solution
I Praise God my reaction symptoms have decreased in their severity
Not bothered by scent before illness so I pray condition is temporary
