'' It's The Beginning Not The End ''
If there's a cure for a broken heart,
No one has yet told me,
It's tough trying to make a brand new start,
If only the loveless could see.
Being besotted really does blind,
All Common sense disappears,
How can true love be so unkind?
Why does it bring us to tears?
One day you loved me the next you were gone,
I still seek your explanation,
Why should I feel so put upon?
When I didn't instigate this separation.
You carry on without showing remorse,
What in Gods name did I do?
Your sick behaviour I just cannot endorse,
You refused to even give me a clue.
The signs were there but I cast them aside,
The truth is I refused to believe,
It's your deceitful lies I cannot abide,
Truth is you were living to deceive.
Though my life goes on all I do is ponder,
What if, is the question I ask?
Should I have exposed you had dirt to launder?
I would know if you took off your mask.
To cheat on another is a cowardly act,
That's Contrary to what cheaters say,
They blatantly refuse to deal in fact,
For they know it's their own mind they'll betray.
Truth is alien to people who cheat,
They force themselves to believe their own lies,
Knowing what's fact or fiction becomes a major feat,
Another fairytale is what they must devise.
Not only that but they'll blacken your name,
Denying all and blaming you instead,
Due to their untruths you'll be left in shame,
Truly thinking you'd be better off dead.
As my life improves one day the truth will come out,
