                        Singing in the Sunshine

We’ll sing in the sunshine and dance away the days
and make love throughout the summer nights.
We’ll sing in the sunshine and tip our hats and
drink our glass of cherry wine.

Life could only be finer, if we were on the beach in Carolina.
We’ll sing in the sunshine and greet  each day with a smile.
We’ll talk, laugh and hold each other’s hand as walk a mile
on the warm, white sand.

We’ll sing in the sunshine and I promise to love you until the end of time.
The sands in the hourglass have quickly passed.
Summers come and summers quickly go and we’ll sing in the
sunshine until the end of our rhyme.

We thought those days would never end, but end they have.
The sunshine has faded away and winter has come our way, but
they can’t take away our memories of singing in the sunshine and
loving each other in our  special way!
