 God's Love Through Poetry

Lord, help me to live in each moment
not looking at my burden's past
lighting  myself  from yesturday
give me real peace that last.

So help me to live for You today
taking my burdens that I bare
may I take each moment
and bring them to Your care.

I pray not to hold on to them
picking them up again in hand
making my journey weary
as each day I stand.

Lord, take my future
so that I may not fear
love me each moment while washing
 away my every tear.
