This act of life, drawn and blown
This simple gift by GOD sown
To live, to breathe beyond ourselves
To give, to share of Life's well
The need is great but greater still
Waits for word to be fulfilled
For this world does need a breath
Of life, of His to rise from death
Beyond inhale and exhale moments
Are those yet still to grasp and own it
For in their mind hope failed to show
Their need, their gasps of daily woes
Breathing life has come to be
Unknown to them they fail to breathe
Asphyxiate they drown themselves
Empty of faith as desert wells
The key, breathe deep beyond your means
For there is where is He unseen
By eyes that seek but fail to find
He that is one of a kind
He who breathed from nostrils breath
Mans life force and table set
The path to walk, to breathe once more
To wake this day, richer not poor
