I lost some more friends monday
they just couldn't stick around to stay,
some people don't understand fully
how they were company to me!
Now late at night when left all alone
i can't invite them in my house tho not a home,
there's just loss here and there more and more
and will only add up for sure!
Why oh why did they have to leave
true friends are always there is that crazy to believe,
well it was nice while it did last
why must it now be a thing of the past?
It's bad enuff i can't visit with and touch
My Best Friend i need so much,
now more have to up and scoot
if i was a broken down horse me you'd shoot!
Old Christine is off on the new adventures
and then there's the antics of Frasier's,
and Raymond who everybody loves just to name a few
i will surely miss all of you!
And My Lifetime away did go
with those Hallmark Moments i loved so,
My ABC family is gone
so many i relied upon!
Nick At Night or during the day
TV land and company gone away,
as if i wasn't lost and lonely enuff
now they're not here to break the silence....
such deafening stuff!
Not only that but black and white snow
on a color TV should never show,
especially when this here old floor model TV
will probably outlast me!
