I go to the store
buy food don't know what for,
so wasted away on me
that is not why i'm hungry!
I'm dying of starvation now
just to see his smile,
to hear that musical laugh
without it i'm not even half!
Become most withdrawn
just waiting for my exit to dawn,

and to me the dove coo in the rainbow sky!
In the wasted meantime
i wish i could inspire just 1 with my rhyme,
i'm sorry i hurt you by letting go
but i am broken so!
You can't enjoy even a piece of me
without getting the misery,
and while i'm still here on earth
you won't find in me any worth!
The ones you can hold take for granted never
cause time can be so very cruel and clever,
treasure every second they're here
cause 1 day from earth they sadly disappear!
When we rang in 2011
i never dreamed i'd lose My Heaven,
He was to be here the rest of my life
now i keep company with and hold close a shiny knife!
(how sweet there's sharp to it but i need His Sharp Wit)
My knight in shining armor where is He these days
when so much of the world betrays,
why couldn't He stick around
so my comfort and safety and protection be found?
