Do not be shocked by vexations,
And causing you complications;
It is basically just a test,
To see if you can do your best.
Do not feel as though something strange,
That would be causing you a change;
Rather be happy as you share,
Sufferings of Christ to prepare.
Then you will be crammed full of joy,
With the peace and love to employ;
When Christ appears in His glory,
And all will understand the story.
If you are insulted for His name,
Because you are out to proclaim;
Then you are blessed for your merit,
When feeling the Holy Spirit.
No more suffering for a crime,
That human law makes you do time;
Rather you suffer within Christ,
And knowing all He sacrificed.
Do not feel ashamed what you are,
As a Christian you will go far;
Praise God for being called that name,
And keep going out to proclaim.
Time is near for judgment to start,
Ensure you have an open heart;
These are the marks of a new life,
That you suffer through all the strife.
