Boy often meets girl they fall in love
Not long to come they then marry
He has no idea in any way at all
Deeply within is her family's baggage
Girl often meets boy same thing at times
He's an apple off his family's tree
That may not have grown in life's best soil
Often pasts baggage waiting to be set free
Families often so very set in their ways
Have children and pass their thoughts onto same
And much later then boy or girl out in the world
Cannot escape this inbred reality sun or rain
All of which prevents many of our younger one's
To one day be themselves in a most wonderful way
As often try as many often do as they live life
Passed baggage how it slowly creeps out to play
Children as well often grow to find that they
Have within low esteems and depressions too
No explanations are there then or seem to be
As these inherited things hide for so long it's true
So many deepest thoughts passed on to children
A long way before their turn to leave their home
And much later comes the day come what may
They find it hard contend with the life they own
Some parents they too often never stop to think at all
What they are by example teaching their children true
Religion political values and opinions and life styles
That often remains like seeds in some children right through
And so very quick to judge are other's at times in life
They never seem to go passed a problem in now's reality
To just stop and think where it all came from long ago
The oldest passed on baggage from one's family.
