I often feel heaven is not as much a place
As it is to souls a knowing
Through the stages of a souls very life
It seems to be where we have been and going
There are those that leave us and stay away
There are those that in new forms they return
Those that leave the life lived behind them
Other's that wish this candle again to burn
We all upon earth have our ideas of same
I've been visited by one that went away
Years later she stood at the foot of my bed
And my name at that time I heard one say
It was not a dream as some may think and seem
As my ex heard and saw also upon that night
My own mother standing there in full form
A little more confusing than it was delight
But come back she did and the meaning since
Has represented many things in life to me
I just know its so after the time we go
We make choices as well regards to our destiny.
