I will speak in a human way,
About how you trust and obey;
Because of showing you are weak,
For everything that you seek.
Your weakness is a desire,
That is like a blazing fore;
And sometimes is out of control,
That is burning your inner soul.
Weakness of a corrupt nature,
Prevents being a new creature;
And continue to live a life,
Filled with tribulations and strife.
So you were disobedient,
Since others have been too lenient;
Tolerant of your attitude,
Having a changeable mood.
For in being a slave to sin,
No way will you ever go win;
What do you gain by doing things,
That any part-time pleasure brings.
Are you not ashamed what you did,
Ending in death closing the lid;
To lie in darkness of a grave,
Not believing in Christ to save.
Confess your sins and you will see,
As Jesus Christ will set you free;
Receive life as everlasting,
A life that is flabbergasting.
