 SLEEPLESS NIGHTS (REVISED)

Parting my curtains in the dark...
Comes moonbeams dancing into my park...
Swirling partners in a trance...
Guided by glances of a Love sick heart...
Resurrecting my old flames of Love...
While placing fairy rings upon my bed...
Chattering Chipmunks who claim to be dead are sleeping upon my head...
Owls of the night are giving me the eye...
As they fly high in the moon-lite sky...
Shadows creeping round my walls...
Masking monsters that are full of gore...
Dreams floating into my thoughts with every soft heart beat stroke...
While singing in a moon-lite boat...
Jazz in my ears as the jingle disappears...
Dream-a-while as we play with fire, while sitting upon a church spire...
Caution to the wind as we spin round and round upon the ground making no sound...
Dreams that make you dance in trance...
Exchanging fleeting glances...
Sand in my shoes leaving no clue's...
Journey into my soul is like sliding down an endless spiral pole...
Holes in the floor are just doors to another sailing port...
Spokes in my chromed wheels divides light...
As I drive my cosmic train into another plain...
Eyes in my head are as heavy as lead...
That keeps me glued to my bed...
Dream-makers plant the seeds of hope...
As your cotton wool is spun...
Then Poof...
Their all gone...
Melting like butter...
Upon your creamed muffin...
Sleepless nights are alright...
If you don't dwell inside heavens delights...
Just like your hearts plight...
