The sun topped the trees
With a glistening glow
Gentle blew the breeze
The sand white as snow
A day of perfection
Just how it should be
As though resurrection
Was God’s guarantee
She arose from her bed
With a tear on her face
By the Spirit was led
To his resting place
The day had been spoken
To showcase its splendor
But she was too broken
For its beauty to mend her
Had she not watched him die
This man she adored
And no day could deny
All the sorrow she stored
Her world had grown dark
Her vision grown dim
There was simply no spark
Of light without him
Yet when she arrived
At that burial site
She knew he’d survived
‘Cause to her great delight
There written in stone
Was a message that read
“My spirit lives on
I’m not really dead
For my Resurrection
Has shown me the Way
Please take His direction
And join me someday.”

John11:25-27
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life.
He who believes in me will live, even though he dies
;and whoever lives and believes in me will never die.
Do you believe this?" "Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe
that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to
come into the world."
