At early morning I went down to Our Willows today
Anxiously wanting to see if you were out to play
I thought I heard your soft whispers in the trees
It was just the wind dancing with Willow's leaves
Sun shining through branches resembled golden hair
As I looked up hoping to see you hiding there
With memories of the times we walked hand in hand
Along the singing stream banks of Willow's Land
Your hand so warm and firm felt secure in mine
Touching my heart with undying love for all time
I loved when you teased me by skipping ahead
Your sly boyish charm going straight to my head
With your love of the Willows and surrounding land
Lessons of nature taught you to be a loving man
I'll keep returning to safety of Our Willow's Canopy
Where someday I hope to find you hiding from me
A game we always played when we were young and free
Under full security of Our Lover's Willow Tree
