~Eternal Love~ For the love of Linda and Kenny
Tonight as I lay down to sleep
I'll dream of our love so sweet
The strength your love has given me
Just knowing when it's my time to go Home
Together we'll spend eternity
In life you were my heart and soul
In death you are my reason to be strong
I know you'd want me to go on
Knowing you'll be waiting at Heaven's Gates
Is all that keeps me going
I know God took you
For a plan I don't understand
But when it's my turn
I know He'll have you waiting
With outstretched hands
So as I lay my head down
To dream tonight
Know the tears I cry will be for you
The greatest love of my life
In life you were my heart and soul
Knowing we'll be together for all Eternity
In these my darkest hours
Is what keeps me strong
Until God brings me Home to you it's
Our love that will carry me through
I won't say "Goodbye" to you my love
Because it's not forever
I'll say "I love you, one day I'll
Come to you my love and we
Will spend Eternity together"
