Diabetics in 6 weeks lowered glucose levels in a big way
Avoid high calorie foods, fat, and starchy vegetables too
Limit peas, winter squash, corn, pumpkin, and potatoes
Fats include lard, margarine, shortening, and coconut oil
When cooking avoid deep frying and sautéing above all
Here are some ways I have begun to make changes already
Quit eating graham crackers, peanut butter, tea with honey
Snack on pistachio nuts, rice cakes, tea now with cinnamon
Switched to soy milk, next step will be bread without gluten
I am still working on getting more hours of sleep each night
As I do energy level will increase with improvement in sight
I want to start walking outside on my work break in afternoon
New support socks and exercise will also help feet swelling too
