How many of us remember that song?
If I had my wish it would be only a song,
It's actually a town where one can exist
For me the quietness you can't resist..
Sometimes I think it's a place you go before you die.
Where you won't bother the ones left behind with your cry
I sometimes feel rather dead on the inside
especially after a really big high,
I have so many things to be happy for,
but none of them matter, not any more
And so
So cry out my grief, and lay around and sleep
I think I went to far, moth to close to the flame
That never works, you only ask for trouble.
When sleep goes to deep, sometimes you can stumble
Back being in the the present, oh well burst my bubble
I'm awake now and out of trouble
But do I feel rested, I miss the sound of the quiet
And the deepness of the sleep. They say Lonely Town's
the the place where you sleep all your troubles away
