Showing Love
The end of all things is at hand,
And we stand now on sinking sand;
So please practice some self control,
For the sake of your very soul.
The end of everything comes,
When everyone hears the drums;
A new death with every beat,
As bones crush under our feet.
The end of this life will be soon,
When you see a bloody red moon;
And the day turns into the night,
Hearing a lot of screams of fright.
Keep your mind clear so you can pray,
And you are not tempted to stray;
But above all love each other,
Treating them just like a brother.
For love does cover many sins,
And in battle love always wins;
The more you love the more you see,
The love coming back onto thee.
But the end of life as we know,
Will soon to be making its show;
When we see high above the clouds,
Every eye looks up from crowds.
The end of all is very near,
And non-believers will soon fear;
The end of life as we know it,
And the loss of all their merit.
You must use the gift that God gives,
Along with love for better lives;
Use that gift for serving others,
To help your sisters and brothers.
