Should I? Should I Not?

When I first layed eyes on you,
You were just there,
Mate's we became,
Through the years we worked,
Stronger and stronger we grew,
Older and older we became,
I only ever saw you as you,
Nothing else had occurred,
To my knowledge that is,
Until that day my heart raced for you,
I needed you there,
I wanted you there,
But didn't know what to do,
Should I tell you?  Should I not?
Maybe one day I'll wake up to myself,
And let you know it's you I want!
