I Loved You
A glimpse of your smile and flowers blossom.
A tenth of your passion and this world would be awesome.
A dress worn with elegance that no man would ransom.
A golden sun-touched headdress laced by thy father "The Transom"
A baby memory of your essence still lures in me as I stand tall, dark, and handsome.
The aura of your presence was the perfect season, summer time.
The ambience of an angel bloom my days, spring time.
The acceptance of a now darkened rose while petals slumbered, fall time.
The breath of a lost heart tears with cold nights, winter time.
The love that we shared was a taste of God's grace it was Our time.
Now as your missed I live in my time
And to your days divine was your time.
To your life i smile and to us i pray there's a next time.
I Loved You
