Poetic Verses
Those Patterns
It can be so amazing the ways of human nature
Sometimes it is hard to figure out the pattern of certain behavior
And many may see this and consider it to be so peculiar
The action would indication a bit of superstition to the letter
Some of those antics will definitely bring a smile
On that will let it remain in the face for a while
But after thinking about this for some time
One will conclude that such is such is a state of the mind
Then there are those considered to be a good friend
Sometimes this can be more of than not a problem
They seem to think that you should somehow be set
To react when they pull your string like if you were a puppet
There are some who may be passing and there may be a conversation
A few of the conversant may take a glance in the person's direction
This done the person will quickly come to the conclusion
That they were the topic of what was the discussion
Sometimes one can be present to see things that can being out a laugh
This person was walking and a black cat suddenly crossed the path
It was certainly comical to see the types of antics
As there was this belief that this may ward of those evil spirits
Some too will make it a must not be in anyway seen
Around anything and certainly want to be umber thirteen
And others too will most definitely go a bit further
Having a type of phobia for anything with a series of the same number
The other day it was such good luck to be in a certain position
To listen to two people having what to me was an amusing conversation
Both their eyes gleam as one was listening to the other tell of a dream
At the end the listener said that represents a set of numbers, buy them will be the lottery winner
But then some will see some type of bad luck if for any matter
They by accident or design had to walk under a leaning ladder
And therefore will walk miles in the other direction
Because to that that chance will bring such a degree of trepidation
It is certain that the world is made up of all types of person
And of course we will tend to react differently to a similar situation
Perhaps we do behave to these situations in a manner
That reflects out upbringing and possibly too our culture
