Being A Daddy
Some men say that their lives took on a change very positively
Because there was something that they took on as a duty
Shouldering the responsibility and taking it on quite manly
On getting that news of someday becoming a daddy
On confess that he threw away that glass and drink
Then took that long walk taking time out to think
Woefully remembering the money spent on partying and drinking
Now this will certainly make a change to a degree of saving
Again there is this guy who said he used to drive reckless
Always looking for someone to race to put that car to the test
When he got the news of becoming a father could not hold back the tears
Yes of joy but also for those on the road whom his driving created great fears
There is no doubt when you look down into that cradle
Seeing that bubbly, cheery and cuddly little bundle
Then it looks up at you, hands outstretched with the happy smile
There is no doubt that this will touch your heart for a while
But there is a moment that you will never want to forget
When that word da-da come from those little lips
And too those moment s such treasure so invaluably
When there is that laughter so heartily whist bouncing on your knee
But that job of being a daddy on must certainly understand
Required on to keep that hand firmly holding that helm
Yes the time will change as you sail though life tempestuous water
But you have to keep on course don't alter sail on dedicated father
