A twirly wirly butterfly,
Can you see it flutter by?
It bounces gently in the breeze,
Through berry bushes and blossom trees.

Is it the spirit of someone passed?
Who is free and happy and safe at last?
Coming back to pay a visit,
Bringing love and light and happiness with it.

I wonder what else it could be,
Roaming so soft and gently,
It flies so fast to win the race,
Zooming past at impeccable pace.

I love to watch them as they glide,
Stirring the air side by side,
Personally to me I do believe,
It's my ancestors saying a 'Hello' to me.
