The walk alone has been of late
A place where time has no real state
As one will linger with no cause
But thought better if just to pause
A pause to think to play upon
The road one takes that says go on
Go and leave what good has done
Saving one more GOD calls still son
My dreams of late have been demise
Of soul that served when time applied
A cause to be, for someone else
A give not take as defines help
The simple now becomes complex
As is this write so much for less
For less seems more when one walks out
On GOD who turns ones life about
The stars this night have come to call
Upon my soul, on knees I fall
Inside of mind and soul that faints
Upon a heart where loss I paint
Storms I sailed and waters rage
I came to know and turned such page
Of life, of me that beat all odds
But not alone, but with my GOD
Time has come to dust off then
To shake off fear that will mine bends
To raise my sword and shield again
To make today my now not when
Engaging loss as lost becomes
My cause to rise for Gods not done...with me
