Years were spent living his days
Amongst family with yesterdays
Accounting for his presence here
Today at rest, his soul endeared
Many hearts will break this day
For loved was he who could not stay
With those who mourn know he is with
The God who takes and also gives
This gift of life that dwelled with thee
Was given breath upon his leave
As all good things will meet their end
Upon this earth, Heaven shall tend
Dale has a place where angels sing
Their songs of praise for Gods offspring
Left to start his life anew
With those once here as he was too
Death cannot keep what Life sustained
Though some may think they lived in vain
But if Dale could he'd tell you so
As he now walks on streets of Gold
There comes a time to move one day
Beyond the realm of where our stay
Was brief passing, one day to own
Blessed by GOD, Dale now calls home
