A Visit to My Muse (the key to writing poetry) #556
A Visit to My Muse Twas some fifteen minutes past when I two ticks short a quarter heard the phone begin to ring at which point I grew much shorter then I entered through my ear at the point this dude was writing and he said to come on in what he had was so exciting so I sat down on a chair where I made myself feel homey cause you know when phones do ring you just can't be looking phony and I said to him with glee what's this thing that you've got written and he said it was a poem and I'd better get to gettin' so I took it from him quickly though my eyes were still a seein' that the last line didn't rhyme and I asked why… He gave no reason. |
