Poetic Verses
A High
This has been happening for some time which we can't deny
That some people will do all possible to obtain as high
And will try anything from household chemical to the illegally imported
To reach that level to which they wanted to get transported
There were reports in some instances where some really pursue
Trying to get the elevation using substances like whiteout and even glue
But there were cases which did certainly cause a degree of alarm
Because children too were using and some of the did get harm
A situation that really made many people so astound
When being present where there were a group of men drinking rum
How some of them will speak with such a great level of erudition
And deliver those points in a manner with such articulation
Some will say when they have to go deep into that creative system
They often need that crutch there to ably assist them
And it is quite obvious when the finished product is there for observation
There is that awe and the conclusion is that this has to come from superior imagination
One moment we may see a guy who is reserved and look so shy
Then a time he may be observed very lively flitting about like a butterfly
But on close inspection when one compare the two situations
It may be quite evident he has taken something to neutralize that inhibition
But in certain this high may to some have a different program
And they too get to that level under the influence of a halogen
So in this state there is that feeling of being so very invincible
But later fate will prove that this situation is no possible
Could it be that the person biblically called the name of the divine?
Who on that isle was able to see actions taking place in futuristic time?
So could it be concluded that the state where one is in called a trance
Then can it be deducted that it is a “high” in another parlance
