In the strive to try and be perfect
Some have said despite pruuf
I have miserably failed
Although my Brother in Law sez
You are a perfect azz!
Since I was born n America
Made Spanish my language of choice
I once got a D+ in English
Are plusses not a sign of perfection?
Mom said to be perfect you should be well rounded
Looking in the mirror I am well rounded
I studied hard in grade school
Some kids just picked the neighbors apples
Brought them up and put them on the teachers desk
We were poor I stole them and took them home to sis
Found that school stuff boring so went out for sports
I got all "A's' in PE except for swimming
Some dude on a high ladder failed me
He didn't like me yelling help and diving under water
I have no animals not even a dog or a cat
So that is why I say I am not purrfect
I like to play with snakes which annoys my wife
She is afraid of snakes and spiders
I keep them around in a lidless box just to scare her
My wife sez I am a perfect azz!
The meaning of true love is like that I guess
Someone in poetry is always looking for true love
I looked in a lexicon and looked up perfect
It said how did you find me you can't read?
Perfectionist means: conformist fastidous person
optimist optimistic---perfidious dishonest falsehearted
Hey I am still a good guy so I went to the optomatrist
Had my eyes examined and now I see things much clearer
I still can't speak my native tongue but read English perfectly
Perfect it says is doing things right
I try not to make mistakes so I am perfect
Although the closet thing in the lexicon to azz is jazz
So I am listening to Dave Brubeck playing "Take Five"
Anyone who can not understand this should be listening to Jazz
You can make a perfect azz out of yourself like me
