Be angry but do not sin,
Or you will corrupt within;
Do not let the sun go down,
When you are wearing a frown.
Get rid of lies speak the truth,
And do not be so uncouth;
We are all on the same team,
No need to be foul or mean.
Put away any falsehood,
So the Word is understood;
Speak the truth with your neighbor,
Help him out with his labor.
Let not the sun leave your path,
Darken and cause you to wrath;
That lets the devil invade;
A spoilt heart is displayed.
Quit stealing what is not yours,
Go home and do all your chores;
Do right for kin folk and friends,
A godly message it sends.
Speak only of what is good,
And do only what you should;
To enable to give aid,
With courage not be afraid.
Help them with all that you say,
And leaving no shades of gray;
Making sure of black and white,
And others will see the light.
For the imperishable Word,
Truly and rightly be heard;
In your both sound and in deed,
From the godly sowing seed.
