Always There
How many times in living there is that wish for something
Believing on acquiring there will be lots of joy of which to sing
But then when owning would come to the realization
That there may be not be any improvement in the situation
There were time when traveling was by walking or taking a bus
When having to so such this sort of created that internal fuss
But never realize the amount of gains and the benefits
Such as getting some exercise, seeing some sceneries and the socializing aspects
So all effort were focused on the purchasing a car
Those inconveniences will be banished and very far
Then up come maintenance, purchasing gas and those scheduled services
Then too have to make provision for those impromptu surprises
Looking down for the hill and relaxing in the sprawling mansion
How friends and family members are generous with praises of admiration
Then one day there that leak in the roof and problems with the plumbing
And this may have occurred; when those reserves are low and the budget stretching
For many years there was the purchasing of those lottery tickets
Then there is that moment of winning and took the first prize packet
This will bring out that bombardment of requests from friends and family
So that wonderful dream can be changed into a nightmare and quite suddenly
So remember for each problem that would seem to get solve
Numerous ones can later spring up and need to get resolve
Yes each type of acquisition may seem to bring some alleviation
But this too may bring along some form of inherent problem
