Every person should obey,
Government that is in power;
Even if it is not ok,
Abide each day of each hour.
No government would ever exist,
If never established by God;
His wrath would say cease and desist,
If it ever to be outlawed.
If you resist a government,
Then you also oppose the Lord;
For it would be a concernment,
While His laws you ignored.
People who do all that is right,
Will never have to be afraid;
But by doing wrong in His sight,
Then they will wish that they were dead.
Not just government but God,
As an avenger in your path;
Blocking you to expose where flawed,
With double jeopardy for wrath.
Do what is right and hear the praise,
And the government will bestow;
As a servant of God always,
The appreciation it will show.
Do as what your conscience would say,
Think of what Jesus Christ would do;
For you will never go astray,
Pray for guidance to help you through.
Pay the amount what you do owe,
For your taxes as well as tolls;
Being debt free of all you know,
And the deadlines of worldly goals.
