Words become pointless when the truth's always hidden
not knowing if each word is tainted with lies…?
while accepting only a truth that bears us no malice
we accept our own downfall no matter how hard we try.
The truth is we believe warfare will retain us our honour
to pay for a truth that we all so desperately still seek
but no one in power has the power to veto…
a poor man endeavours to duplicate man's greed.
So the words that I write I hide nothing in meaning
simplicity of thought translated for a multitude to read
all that I hope is that maybe one who is reading…
will understand that sometimes…
not everything's as it seems!
