a heart sometimes breaks when it dares to believe in miracles

Brother
how dear you are to me
how disconnected I will be
should you fail to
reconnect to your life
blenders of consequences
create unrest and disease
buffeted around by who we
fail to please when you
and I should only please
ourselves
wish I wish I wish
I could yank you out of
hell
transport you to a
spiritual plane
where
we'd all like to start over
again and again
but so often get stuck within ourselves
my heart is attempting to hold
you here
but its your decision

(its clear)

isn't it

to live

please do

please who
