Silent Master
Are parent helping their children to progress academically?
Buy purchasing for them the latest version of technology
What a sight It is to see them as they make that daily circuit
Carrying lap-tops, tablets, cell-phones and those latest gadgets
Now the chalkboard is becomes less visible in the schools
As the electronic medium seems to be the one that rules
So students can prepare and to the teacher e-mail that assignment
And so writing too has become is becoming an art that is ancient
It is quite obvious that no matter from which generation
These tools seem to command what can be considered addictive attention
Because one can see the looks on faces as to them the eyes are glued
So absorbed that they are not aware by whom they are pursued
These should be see and appreciated for their purposes and application
As they can be very helpful but too can also create a dangerous situation
As it is noticeable that even when asked to do the simplest of calculations
They are employed to take care of such an elementary function
It brought back memories of being one day in a store
When there was a power outage for an hour or more
