Save that Mind
There is nothing that is so powerful than the mind
And that energy is very difficult to sometimes confine
On can be categorized by their type of thinking environment
Thus can depict by their expressions that social confinement
But what can add the type of color painted in that picture
Would be seen by those brush strokes dipped into the wells of culture
Confined, limited and restricted by many of those customs and beliefs
And no form of technique of persuasion can bring any form of relief
So while sitting there admiring the artistry of any ancient edifice
The height and construction in the times to the eyes will bring some surprise
Then there is that praise for the talents of the architect and the builder
Who by that finished product demonstrated the depth of that mind's power?
So parents ensure that in the home there is the type of climate
Thus getting the mind of those little one titillated and stimulated
And over time keep providing that type of support and atmosphere
So that when they go out they are mentally and sociably prepared
As we go on living our lives seeing and enjoying all that is around us
Being captivated and enthralled by those devices so wondrous
What can be so enigmatic that they were at a period of time?
Just a bit of images and thought embedded in the depths of someone's mind
But what is now grave concern and so worrying in this era
It the number of people now showing signs of Alzheimer's and dementia
Reducing what was of some year prior a very imaginative and fertile mind
Now making the simplest of tasks something of a very hard grind
Therefore like all parts of the system with the mind take care
And do thinks that will keep the precious commodity alert and aware
Eat the right foods, exercise and make sure that there is adequacy
When one uses the sunlight to obtain that precious source Vit D
