Seen by the Petticoat Dictator
Who at five foot two is not afraid of me
Who towers over her at six foot three
But the snake has teeth of a crocodile
Look closely dear all it does is smile
Kill it, stomp it, hit it with a shovel
I must scare it off get it out of trouble
I must hide my friend from the neighbor kids
Who well pull it by the tail give the snake fits
A little education here for the snake has no teeth
The tiny tongue that darts about senses no meal
Bigger than a slug or bug that me dears is real
And when this snake no longer suns itself on the lawn
At night the slugs and bugs eat your garden gone
Even the python isn't all bad poor mistaken beast
All it really wants to do is hug you--to death
Next we well talk about the honey bee
While we still can and they are not all gone
Hornets hornets where is your nest
Talk about stinging things your are the best
I am out of the garden time to take a rest
