Poetic Verses
That Bind
Corporations considered now to be a person are getting smarter
They have over time have cleverly created in the mind of the worker
That they are blood that takes that vital nourishment to the organs
Which keeps them in the race; so they can match and outdo the competition?
Also to they will in them nurture and create a type of culture
Of making the workers feel that they are a stakeholder in the future
And in the process that they are subsets of or being mini corporation
So that they can have a niche and this will improve that production
But this too is a certainly a fact, they also have that deck well stacked
Presenting them with some very sweetly and smartly worded contract
So that they are bonded for some time after leaving work at the corporation
That they will not enter any type of service with the competition
There are some places too where the worker are under some scrutiny
Keeping them under a form of surveillance by the use of CCTV
Also too there was that smart time check by signing in as presence
There too some places where there is monitoring of call and email in some instance
Also too some places have the worker on a form of twenty four hour clock
When contacted as some very unsocial hours this can present a shock
Then too there are places when they go on vacation the powers are demanding
That they have to leave a number which can be used for contacting
So workers read carefully and take great though before there is that signing
Or else there may be that situation of being dogged with something that is binding
It is not a one way street; make sure there is some room there to maneuver
Or else in the situation there is that oversight that may jeopardize the future
