Both before and walking through the door
There was crosses everywhere galore
My heart rejoiced as I sat down
Thinking my new home church I may have found
The hugs before sitting from sisters were many
As well as handshakes from brothers given me
I stand in awe the divine ways He blesses us
Right before service came to me the agape love of Jesus
She was small in stature a white haired saint
As our eyes fixed on one another our spirits met
At that time I said a handshake won't do
I stood to my feet and said I have to hug you
The magnetism we felt was beyond measure
I know as long as I live the encounter I'll treasure
Truly the agape love and masculine hug was Jesus
Our spirits bearing witness to His spirit in us
As tears streamed down her face she prophesied
" So many tears, so many tears cried "
( I remember putting my hands on her sweet cheeks at this time)
After service she gave me a note with scripture on it
(as well spoke encouraging words given her by Jesus)
The scripture had been given at home by the Holy Spirit
She had no idea who it was for at the time
Yet by her obedience she was used to bless my life
To God be the Glory for He will always confirm
His amazing love and faithfulness by unforeseen ways or form
My outward appearance she didn't see
(for to be in God's house I was so happy)
She felt in her spirit the brokeness and seen tears abundantly
The note read " Please tell of the things of God " ...amen!!!!
The scripture she shared above it was Psalm 18:2-6
Ending with " God bless you and your family" ...amen !!!!
Then at the very bottom she signed " Ida Holding " 2013
I wish I had taken notes of All the encouraging words spoken
I know I will be forever thankful because of all those there
He chose me for that supernatural encounter and blessing !!!!

2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler,
and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

4 The sorrows of death compassed me,
and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.
5 The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me.
