Like gentle fall of snow

Tiny little droplets
Of precious time enhanced
A smile on a child’s face
An elders withered hand
Talks once held deep in the night
That turned to glistened skies
Memories coated with love
To greet morning sunshine
Oh the walks down memory lane
Are blanketed with rain
But for not the elements
One’s life could not sustain
Ties that held you close in life
Like pages creased and worn
A rose pressed in the middle
To ease the words of scorn
Pages full of life and hope
Are stored deep in our mind
Little windows of our soul
Captured upon rewind
Today we may find happiness
Just from the touch of life
A simple kind shared gesture
Like sweet kiss from your wife
Each day is new like crisp of morn
As angels say hello
Each day we go on aimlessly
Like gentle fall of snow
