I Once Was Blind But Now I See
Frivolous Things Are a Waste of Time
When the world gets so fast paced it is losing itself then it is time for us to stop.
We also have ideas of getting frivolous things which have an appeal to us at the moment.
But the things are transitory and not very long lasting.
Frivolous things are a waste of time.
They become as a god to the ones who desire them.
It is like oh yes I have got to have this or that.
Thinking not of the outcome of getting into debt to pay for them.
Don't be guilty of wanting frivolous things when you have the needed things already.
The Lord expects us to be discernible and poignant on matters such as this.
Where do we get off on denying the Lord anything and think nothing of it?
There is a high price to pay for treating God anyway we choose.
For there is something which will happen to come along we find ourselves asking God for help when we deserved what it was we did receive.
Don't be guilty of this way of living.
Take the Lord at His Word and rely upon Him for everything.
This is the way to be truly happy and not have our mind on frivolous things which are a waste of time.
