You have grown taller than I remember,
twin faces, split apart, but not the same.
Though I feel much as a dying ember,
I lose myself within your endless game.
Joints once aching from years I earned
now move as freely as in my youth.
You have taught me well, so much I have learned
about life's wonders and seeing the truth.
I smile seeing you both in a whole new light.
No longer babies, but children almost grown.
The two of you will always be my heart's delight
and the rarest treasure I will ever own.
From your Granny for Cameron and Jonathan. Love you my boys!
